Corbridge Bear Hunt 2026: A Festive Adventure for All the Family!

The Bears Are Back! Following the huge success of last year’s very first Corbridge Bear Hunt, My Oh My Toy Shop is delighted to bring the Bear Hunt back to Corbridge for a second year!

From 4 December to 20 December 2026, children, families and teddy bear lovers of all ages are invited to explore the festive streets of Corbridge, visit local independent businesses and discover our mischievous My Oh My Teddy Bears hiding throughout the village.

Our first Bear Hunt in 2025 was an incredible success, with hundreds of people taking part and families enjoying a wonderful festive adventure around Corbridge. We were absolutely delighted by the response, and this year we’re hoping to see even more little bear hunters joining the fun!

Each My Oh My Bear has its own name, and your challenge is to find them all and match each bear’s name to the correct participating business.

Complete your Bear Hunt leaflet, return it to My Oh My Toy Shop and you’ll be entered into our festive prize draw!

 A Christmas Adventure for the Whole Family

The Corbridge Bear Hunt is a wonderful way to enjoy everything that makes Corbridge so special at Christmas. As you wander through the village, you’ll discover beautifully decorated independent shops, festive displays and, of course, our very special bears hiding along the way. It’s not just about finding the bears. It’s about spending time together, exploring Corbridge, supporting independent businesses and making magical Christmas memories. Whether you’re a little bear hunter on your first adventure, a returning family from last year, or simply someone who loves teddy bears, everyone is welcome to join in.

And the best part? It’s completely FREE!

HOW TO JOIN THE CORBRIDGE BEAR HUNT

All you need to do is:

1. Pick up your Bear Hunt leaflet.

Collect your free Bear Hunt leaflet from any participating Corbridge business, directly from My Oh My Toy Shop or from St Andrew’s Church during Christmas Tree Festival.

2. Start hunting!

Visit the participating businesses around Corbridge and look carefully for the My Oh My Teddy Bear hiding inside. Find the bear, remember its name and write the name next to the correct business on your leaflet.

3. Complete your leaflet

Once you’ve found all the bears and matched their names to the correct businesses, bring your completed leaflet back to My Oh My Toy Shop.

4. Enter the prize draw!

Return your completed leaflet to My Oh My Toy Shop by 5pm on Sunday, 20 December 2026 to be entered into our festive prize draw.

 PRIZES

There will be  lovely festive surprises to be won, including:

• Three Frankie Teddy Bears
• Two Bernie Teddy Bears
• One Ernest Teddy Bear

All correctly completed entries will be entered into the prize draw, with winners selected at random.

The draw will take place on 22 December 2026, and our lucky winners will be contacted directly by My Oh My Toys Ltd.

So wrap up warm, bring the family and get ready to explore Corbridge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Event Dates: 4 December 2026 – 20 December 2026
Organiser: My Oh My Toy Shop, Corbridge

1. Eligibility

The Corbridge Bear Hunt is  free and open to participants of all ages.

Children may participate with the help or supervision of a parent or guardian.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

Free Bear Hunt leaflets can be collected from any participating Corbridge business or directly from My Oh My Toy Shop and from St Andrew’s Church during Christmas Tree Festival.

Participating businesses are:

1. MY OH MY TOY SHOP

Participants must visit the participating businesses, find the My Oh My Teddy Bear at each location and write the bear’s name next to the corresponding business on their Bear Hunt leaflet.

Completed leaflets must be returned to My Oh My Toy Shop, Corbridge, before the closing date.

3. Event Period

The Corbridge Bear Hunt will run from:

Friday, 4 December 2026 until Sunday, 20 December 2026.

All completed Bear Hunt leaflets must be submitted by:

5:00pm on Sunday, 20 December 2026.

Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.

4. Prize Draw

Prizes include:

• Three Frankie Teddy Bears
• Two Bernie Teddy Bears
• One Ernest Teddy Bear

The winners will be selected at random from all correctly completed entries received before the closing date.

The prize draw will take place on:

Tuesday, 22 December 2026.

Winners will be contacted directly by My Oh My Toys Ltd and arrangements will be made for prizes to be collected from:

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. General Terms

By taking part in the Corbridge Bear Hunt, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

My Oh My Toy Shop reserves the right to cancel, amend or extend the Bear Hunt if necessary, including in circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control.

The organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the Bear Hunt and prize draw is final.

My Oh My Toy Shop accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or incomplete entry forms.

Personal data provided as part of the competition will be used solely for the administration of the Bear Hunt and prize draw and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to administer the event.
