Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how to do it:

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns
    You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
    Items that are opened or used, or that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., stuffed animals, dolls, or games with opened packaging) are not eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable Items
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized products
    • Digital content (e.g., downloadable toys or apps)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at [contact email/phone number] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Send the package back to the address provided by our customer service team.
    Please note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • If you’d prefer to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, simply follow the return process and place a new order. We cannot directly exchange products, but we’ll happily assist with returns and placing a new order.
